MQ2Vendors not working properly

MQ2Vendors not working properly. Not sure what was changed, but noticed that there was an update for MQ2Vendors when I patched mmobugs yesterday. The update made it so MQ2Vendors doesn't work like it used too. Some vendors its detecting what to look for from the ini, on others its not. Wierd. Used to work really well before this latest update, was detecting items on all vendors, now it seems its hit or miss.
