MQ2Bot: Pet not attacking

My pet will be sent attack for maybe 3-5 mobs and then he'll stop. Then I have to relog or send him in maually. With recent changes to pet's agro I'm wondering if something changed?

I was having this problem on my level 85 mage in a DH mission this evening. I'd never noticed it before, but I had to manually send in my pet for each fight. Never had this problem before. I'll see if it's still an issue tomorrow. I was playing my 105 mage earlier and had no issues. *shrug*
 
Yeah it took me a while to notice it with him casting swarms, and sending in pet for first few fights. Then he stopped, and now I'm sad
 
Definitely not having this problem with my 105 Mage. Took her through some DH missions. She sent in pet and cast restless servant like a champ. Have not tried my lower level mage yet.

Was having to unload and load MQ2Bot to get it to work after I camped and came back. But that's another issue entirely.

I unloaded, and reloaded mq2bot and took down most plugin not recommended for mq2bot. He's sending pet in now :)
 
If i /bot on, /bot off enough pet breaks, and will stop being sent in :(. Suck cause I turn it off to run mage. He's my main, and tanks/leads the group.

There is a /bot pause command, but it is broken, it has a bug and never actually sets the pause.

The bot DOES take note of a macro value for pausing.
make a macro called MQ2BotPause.mac.

Code: 
Sub Main

/declare MQ2BotPause bool outer 1

:loop
/delay 30s
/goto :loop

/return

Mybutton that, and one to just /endmac.

Until Pete can resolve the problem, you can pause the bot instead of starting and stopping it. The problems seem to be something happening on startup, and this macro just suspends the bot actions until the macro ends.
 
actually, i changed the /bot pause functionality in the last build. it should work better now. let me know if it doesnt.

on BotVersion=20160127.0915 bot pause never emits the pause message, but probably, me being on test, that's not the newest ver :)
 
When I do /bot pause I don't get any text, and he continues to run

Edit: never mind think it works differently than that. trying to figure it out now via the wiki

Edit: yeah i can't figure it out. srry not the most technologically capable person ever

run the macro and see if that pauses things. If it does (which it should), you are on an older ver of the bot, like me, and don't have a fixed /bot pause built in yet.

So I make a file in macro folder? It need to be a MAC file?, just a notepad document, or? Then once I do put your coding in the file? Then /mac MQ2BotPause.mac. in game?

When a new bot file is generated it says BotVersion=20160127.0911

Ok, got it, but when I activate the macro it says "The current macro has ended" right away

Edit: Nevermind its working! THANKS!!! Made my day man
