MQ2AdvLoot update

Aspire asked for an update to mq2advloot so that you can change inis. This should work but i need feedback.

new command:
/mqadvloot ini name will set it into your mq2 folder and file name as name.ini

/mqadvloot ini default will set it to your mq2 folder and file name MQ2AdvLoot.ini

New TLO member:

${MQ2AdvLoot.Ini} - stringtype - will be the name of the current ini file.

This should allow you to set up custom loot inis that you can swap between or change for each character. I'd imagine you could set up a config file to default set it by character name as you log into game.

had to add LoadINI(); after name swap.

 

[Tribunalite]

I've dug through the options and didn't see this option - can you link what's left on a body once all the non-lore and nodrops are looted? Some quest items and augs are lore and I didn't want to re-check each body that wasn't picked clean by my main looter.
