missing file

ive played emu a bunch over the past while, ( i have 3 versions one for normal servers 1 for a friends and one for s2k/scorpious stuff) anyways i totok a break and came back about 1 week ago and found out that im missing a file xul.dll eveyr time i try to load the game in ANY of the 3 folders. normal everquest works just fine its only the emu folders i dunno what the xul.dll is but can anyone help me out
