How detectable is BCA?

I want to three box, but don't want to have to tab between boxes. How dangerous is it to use BCA? Are there any other good options if people are getting banned for using it?

Is there a guide on setting up EQBC somewhere? Wiki isn't working for some reason when I try to go to the EQBC page.
