In the end their stupidity cost them $$. I'm sure they had to pay CS and the GM team overtime as I was on hold for over 30 minutes twice yesterday (only can guess lots of other people were calling in regarding the issue as well)
As well as figure out the source of what was causing it, they first said they didn't have any clue why it wasn't working properly so I'm sure they had to get programmers involved as well. Silly little blunders like this , just hurts them in the end.
