Cuba Cigars

CA rated the Arturo Fuente Don Carlos #3 a 92 this month. I tried a couple. Just ordered 2 boxes from Atlantic Cigar on sale. Finally an AF I like, that I agree with the rating, and I like because it's nearly a cuban in flavor.
Okay. I went to Slappy's house last night and he offered me one of these. Since I don't think anyone should smoke cigars alone, I accepted his offer. I'm a good friend like that.

The Don Carlos #3 is among the best cigars I have ever smoked, easily in my personal Top Ten, and beating most, if not all, of the Cuban cigars I have ever smoked. I might have smoked a few Cubans in the cumulative 3 years I've spent overseas and I'm having trouble remembering more than one that I enjoyed this much.

This corona held an ash for half of it's length. Perfect construction. Great taste. Excellent finish. Never bitter. It was very satisfying, and Slappy and I agreed that you don't feel you're getting less of a cigar for it's small size.

A great smoke worthy of it's rating.
