Attack Rating / Setspell

Was wondering if there would be an updated setspell plugin available soon? Also, was curious about a plugin that we could alter our attack speed rating; requesting a haste constantly is considerably annoying and time consuming, especially when soloing.

Do to the problems this plugin seemed to cause, it hasn't been updated in awhile. Very few spells are actually functional with it.. And no, we can't effect haste/attack speed with a plugin.. (At least, not currently).. All your stats and effects are server side..
