Targeting/timing issues with healing?

Some healing issues have recently popped up for me that I think are related to timing/targeting--the log is showing correct casting on the intended target but the heal does not land. Wondering if its just me (although I have not made any changes) or if there is something I can do to address this.

Same problem for me. When using bot my clerics heals are off. It will cast but cleric starts to cast again before the last spell has finished

some logs would be useful. maybe turn on behavior changes.

Not sure what info I need to provide but my cleric running bot plugin is hanging up on clicking its breastplate... Merciful shield. It will cast but never finish and keeps getting interrupted. If I turn on debugging it crashes. This started a cpl updates ago. then went away and now is back
