Me and my raiders combined compilation of this event.
1. Smash egg to begin event. Queen begins non-aggro. Organize tanks. The adds have fixed spawn points, so we can set tank/healer teams up. All mobs seem to be levels 71-72 and can hit up to 2.5k.
2. WAVE ONE (50 sec): After about 50 seconds, 12 little spiders will spawn from the small white/orange eggs . Once they are dead, everyone is granted what we believe is Striking Wind, a 6k boost to hp/mana/endurance.
2a. Mezzable adds: a Warded Drone (wiz)
2b. Unmezzable adds: a venomous drone (war, ramps), an enchanted drone (Enc, charms)
Wave 1 kill order: Enchanted, venomous, warded, as applicable. Due to short time limit and visibility issues, MA has some discretion.
3. WAVE TWO (5 min): Five minutes after wave one starts, more adds spawn from the large white egg sacs . Tank and kill non-mezzable adds. Kill handmaidens last. Once dead, everyone is granted a second 6k boost to hp/mana/endurance.
3a. Mezzable adds: a drachnid handmaiden, a drachnid acolyte (both are cleric mobs)
3b. Unmezzable: a royal defender (war), a royal guardian (rogue; shadowsteps/blurs), a drachnid adept (wiz?)
Wave 2 kill order: royal guardian, royal defender, drachnid adepts, drachnid handmaidens/acolytes
4. WAVE THREE (8 min): Eight minutes after wave two starts, Queen begins walking clockwise around the room. From the black egg sacs spawn six(6) unmezzable "a risen ancient" that charge the raid. Once all of the adds are spawned, she is still non-aggro but will AE Hive Queen Aura when she stops walking.

4a. These risen (nonmezzable, AE Drachnid Drone's Shadow when killed) spawn two "an vengeful ancient" (mezzable, AE Toxic Blast when killed). Each of these 2 vengeful spawn 3 "an enraged ancient" (mezzable, do not AE when killed). Once all are dead, everyone is granted 6k hp/mana/endurance.

So, each single add is nine (9) total mobs, as demonstrated below:
1=risen (hits 1k), 2= vengeful (hits 1600), 3=enraged (hits 2400)

Break the 1, mez the 2's. Kill a 2, and mez/kill its subsequent 3's. Then kill the second 2, and its 3's. If healer mana is a problem, we may have to break some of the 1's to mez 2's and preserve healer mana.

Reportedly you can avoid the AEs by hiding behind pillars. This is unconfirmed. Healers NEED to heal their groups. If not, the 6k AEs combined with the queen AE will wipe the entire force. Period. Be sure our group healers are split up so each group has adequate coverage.
4b. Since the queen AEs when she stops walking, the raid force needs to constantly be aware of her location. They have to keep away from her. She will emote when the AE is coming; we can call it like Ture. Also, she walks slowly--this means the raid must pay attention to where she is and work to avoid being near her. If she stops in the center, they have to hug the walls.
5. WAVE FOUR: Queen becomes active and is dps'd. She stops casting Hive Queen Aura but begins with other ones listed below. She emotes something about her leg before she does it. She also Knockbacks everyone and dispels Levitate (?? What causes this ??). Do all rezzing and rebuffing BEFORE 75%.

Note this is two Blood of Nadox casts, is too much for RC6, and can't be one-shotted by anything but a cleric Antidote or Puratus.

5a. There's a spot along the NE part of the wall that you can wedge tanks and chanters into. Get the queen there.
5b. 75% - Queen splits into 4. You need 1 warrior on each Queen. The real Queen has more white pigmentation in her face and has a glow in her belly. She also LIFETAPS (name ??) and hits slightly harder. DPS real and offtank the other 3. Put backup knights with each offtank warrior, and a cleric for each if possible. Heal it like the RSS Royals events, where you have multiple offtank/healer pairings. Burn her to 50%.
5c. 50% - Around 50%, the three fake queens despawn. Conserve mana as you go down to 25%.
5d. 25% - WAVE FIVE: Bunches of adds (30+) spawn in the room and rush the raid. Half are stunnable, and half are mezzable. Enchanters need to alternate between their PBAE stuns and mezzes while the rest of the raid burns Queen. Use all DPS discs. Swarm pets should be saved until this point.
To be sure we aggro the adds, we can use
1. Shaman Idols
2. Dread Gaze
3. Warrior AE Taunt
The AE taunt will ensure they group up. Enchanters need to set up a chain that ensures their stuns and mezzes are being cast alternately. Each paladin should be assigned an enchanter to heal. Group setup for the Encs should be Cleric, Encx5. If you don't have 5 enchanters, put another paladin or spot healer in the group. Necros will likely need to be dumping the enchanters during this part.
Wizards and mages can alternate AE nukes and DDs on the Queen.
6. Kill adds after queen is dead, before you open the chest. It used to bug the task if you opened the chest before the adds died. I don't know if this is still buggy.
7. MISCELLANEOUS: MGB Heals should be cast at 90, 73, 61, 55, 45, 30, 18, and 12. Even though it's rough from 75-50, if done correctly the entire raid shouldnt take too much damage. Therefore, if you lack MGB heals, you can get by simply by doing the 55-45-30-18-12 MGBs.
