Problem running my Ranger

Greetings, For the last couple of days, whenever I load in my ranger I receive the following:

I've no problems loading my other characters as they work fine. I am unable to run any macs on the ranger due to the spam which is non-stop. Anyone have an idea what I should do or where to begin?

One of your inis has a "," in it and with a recent change to allowing , and ~ to be delimiters, it jacked something up. I would guess it is one of your holyshits or downshits if only on your ranger.

Don't think that is the problem. I renamed my ranger's ini, closed eq, mmo and restarted. I let mmo recreate a new server_name ini (posted below) and I still get the runaway spam with the same "Unparsable in Calculation: ','" message. When I log in other characters from that account they run normally. Is there a file I can delete other than the server_name ini that might have an effect?

Try manually unloading plugins on the ranger to see if/when it stops.

Or maybe easier to load the ranger with most basic plugins then load one by one, as may be a delay in the spam stopping and the culprit being unloaded.

You put your MQ2Clickies ini, but it could be any plugin at all. You are looking for commas or something unique to ranger. Do as rooster suggests.

Just for clarification I didn't add anything to the ini that was created. MQClikies appeared all by itself so I thot it was basic. But to get along with this help search, what file(s) do I need to save to keep a record of my current setup and what would be needed to be turned on initially for the mmo to fuction? I know how to turn on stuff inside the game but I guess I need to know what should be on minimally. Also, I went thru all the various ini's but did not see any problem in any ranger or characternamed section. This is just FYI. Thanx again.
The reason I want to save my current settings is so if I discover the problem I can return to my current settings at fix the particular setting. I have a terrible memory for remembering what I have turned on vs what I think was turned on. )) Thanx again.

You shouldn't lose any settings saved in inis if you just unload plugins.

If you can share any ini file which your ranger has stuff in (removing any names/identity etc) maybe someone can spot the issue.

That is if attempting to find the culprit plugin doesn't work through how i described above.


A plugin list will help to narrow down what ini files your ranger will be using.

Just to close this out, found the culprit, mq2hud.ini. Somehow during one of the last few updates it became corrupted, combining shaman aa stuff into the ranger aa area. Put in old info and the ranger is now quiet. Thanx for the assist.
