Mq2LinkDB error and ACCESS VIOLATION

Getting the following error:

Not sure why that's happening, is your db txt file ok? I am testing in game on live, and no issue with /link command (search, etc., click link) or chat scan.

However... when checking latest items.txt import, CTD. That needed updating. So I updated it and pushed for live/test.
