Leveling questions

For those of you that 6 box on the new progression servers, what's a good leveling path? I'm not too familiar with the vanilla leveling (starting playing back during pop era). I've kind of been bouncing around open zones (crew is only in their teens currently). Thank You.

Unrest to high 20s, then SolA and SolB, depending on how much they're mage-camped. After that I always liked to solo-level my casters on guards, especially dorfs in BB, but that probably won't work well with a boxed group. Maybe goblins, giants and Cyclops in OoT for 40->on.

You on Ragefire or LJ? Since I think Kunark is open on RF it would differ. At least for me
