This started yesterday with the following email.

Hello Jamie, one of the accounts I have sold in the last month is still
billing to my credit card. I have no idea which of the 6 it is, so any
chance you could change the password to something like temp1234 so I can
login and check to be sure it is or is not your account. I only need to
check the billing area for my card, you can stay logged into the game.

Also, are you interested in buying about 1000AA's? I have a new macro that's
very safe. I can get your warrior another 1000AA's in like a week. I just
got a rogue to level80 and 2500AA's using it in 2 weeks. I would have to
leave the character AFK for the whole time and running (using anon or
roleplaying). And could even set up a AFK message for you. I would charge
$50 and I wouldn't speak to any people in game with your character of
course.

And I am 100% sure this will not get your account banned or suspended so if
it ever did I would be willing to offer you a full refund on all of it.

something smelled fishy becuase i changed CC info even had the country billing code changed.

I just wanted to make sure personally, I plan to do a chargeback and make
sure it doesn't continue which will result in what ever account it is being
banned. If it's not the one I sold you then great, still waiting for other
buyers to reply.

Are you interested in AA's by the way? Quite possibly I can do it while you
sleeping since your in the US and I am in the UK. But it would take 2 weeks
rather than 1.

And got this today....

Hello, I have spoken to SoE today and they say that my card is being billed
to this account. So, please give me two days maximum to investigate sort
this out. I will need to call them up tomorrow when they reopen and I will
be back to you as soon as I can. Nothing to worry about!

If you want support, speak to Bluebug on mmo forum, the same thing happened
with my card on the sk account I sold him and everything is fine now, he has
his account back. I don't know what is happening, but there seems to be some
kind of problem with their system which keeps billing my card even though it
was canceled. Should be sorted out tomorrow when I get to call them after
work.

And now the password is changed and email has been changed. I have all his info including current CC info from when i made him do the character transfer

I don't get it....

I now have the account back. this whole thing is weird. he took teh account back but wouldn't give me the temp password for almost 24 hours and he was playing the character in groups, collected me almost 300k in plat, i am missing some stuff i had in the shared bank so i assume it was sold and that is where the 300k came from. All my stuff i had is moved around ie. things i had in teh bank are on the character and things on the character are in the bank, ect. Also my title was changed and colors on the armor were changed...

I don't trust him, i am having my Friend at Sony check the CSR history to see what was going on.
 
Dude that's just weird... What would he be doing with the account for 24 hours? Why would he go through all of that trouble to play it...

He is in teh UK and says that even though i deleted the CC on the account and added mine, that SOE was still billing the card and he needed to call them. there is nothing in teh billing history stating that the other card was billed, just mine was.
I did checked the petition history to make sure he didn't take it back and try a ninja account transfer on me. I don't know what the hell he was doing.

His excuse was since he took the account from me and i was not able to play over the 3 day weekend he thought he would get me some xp....i didn't notice any new xp or aa's and could not figure out why he didn't just give me the new password and called SOE when they opened tuesday....
 
This is the second account that he sold that had issues.
 
I bought an 80 iksar SK from him about 3 weeks ago, transferred toon off the acct. will check the original acct when the eqplayers server comes back up, acct was paid for using a game card tho. Name that came up was #### ##### although there was some odd stuff in the petition history and i had some weird tells in game about the acct history

whoops ok, sorry bout that. kinda stuck me as odd cause the forum username was completely different. acct is still fully intact btw so no funny stuff on my acct
