I need help, MQ2 wont login to mmobugs

The program loads and I see it in the taskbar, but it wont login to verify with mmobugs....like in game it says im not logged in.

Also, i remember it asking me to login when i first installed it and everything worked....i just had to reboot and when i lauch mq2 it didnt prompt me to login so in game mq2 says MQ@MMOBugs:: You are not logged in.

are you running mmoloader.exe or just macroquest.exe? mmoloader is what actually logs into bugs.
