How to /face fast with mq2bot?

How do I use /face or /face fast with /bot on? so it does it without me having to hotkey it? can i do it in the config file at all?

in MQ2bot there is a facing feature

• facing: SpawnType Am I facing mob within 5 degrees? Bot. Facing[#] will change 5 to whatever you put there. FaceAngle=180 . I normally set the tank to faceangle=360 and the rest of my team faceangle=180
