when running this mac do you just leave your pl toon at lvl 5 earth elemental for the throw stone no matter what your lvl? Its what i have been doing an have got 35 lvls this morning.

I think he's looking for anyone else doing it and seeing what other people do.

I'd think, if you could go to a higher level shroud, do it, simply so you don't have 100 hp, and die from a random AE or something because you are only level 5. lol

No, shrouds don't effect normal(non aa) experience in any way shape or form.

I was going up in level as I power leveled with the shrouds, hitting all the hot zones. Got to level 71 with 2 days played, and 14+ hours of that was from training spell skills.

Made it to lvl 45 yesterday before I had to log, guess it took like 4- 5 hrs.
Moved to Nadox for a bit of that may try kael today.
