You notice the bonus cap drop at 800. I didnt notice it scaling down any more really after that it might have a tad but so small it was not real noticeable

start a bard and 5 other chars you want to level, get a druid with massive DS pull tons of mobs with druid and have the bard AE song the stuff, all the chars will get exp. took me about 10 hours to get to get em all to 70, but at 56 i replaced the bard with my 85 monk.
