Extended Target on Progression Server

is there a way to get extended target to work on the progression servers, it seems it was there one day, and then it goes away the next day I log in , is there a plugin or something, ext target is sure a helpful tool.

Make sure MQ2EQBugFix is loaded. It's part of that.
