EqEMU and incorrect client version

Ok, so im a little fuzzy on this, have been away from MQ2 for a while and decided to use it again, but this time ive been EQ on the private servers, and i ran the newest compile of MQ2 from the site, run EQ and i get a "Incorrect client version" error and i have no idea what to do... do i need to resort to an old MQ2 compile or something?

In a nutshell, yes. You need to get the MQ2 push that matches up with the date on the exe for the emu that you're playing on. May be easiest to post where you're playing and see if someone can help you.
