Emergency Server Downtime - All EverQuest Live Servers (except Al'Kabor) will be brought down at 2:30 pm PDT on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 for an Emergency Game Update. They are estimated to be down for about 1 hour and a half. (PDT is -7 GMT: 3:30pm MDT, 5:30pm CDT, 4:30pm EDT, 9:30 GMT)

Maybe this is to add the Legacy augs to the game

They are estimated to be down for about 1 hour and a half. (PDT is -7 GMT: 3:30pm MDT, 4:30pm CDT, 5:30pm EDT, 9:30 GMT)

SOE fixing "security isssues" is usually bad in my opinion.

And most servers are up a little early. The first al-akbar or some such is still down. Eyeballing it, MQ2 seems still operational.
