Also to avoid mispelling the name, i would go after the item ID

so downshit9=/if (${Spell[Ancestral Memories III].Stacks} && !${Me.Buff[Ancestral Memories III].ID} && !${Me.Moving} && !${Me.Invis}) /casting "Garal'Thel, Ring of the Betrayer"|Finger

turns into

downshit9=/if (${Spell[Ancestral Memories III].Stacks} && !${Me.Buff[Ancestral Memories III].ID} && !${Me.Moving} && !${Me.Invis}) /casting *129001*|Item

change the red to the correct item ID No asterisks and make the yellow change, |Finger to |Item, may help, im not positive
