Campfire cooldown

Before SoF I was able to block campfire cooldown? now its gone from my blocked spells..is it still possible and if so what do I need to block I forget.

Son of a bitch. I was wondering what the deal was with the campfires. I was just about to post about it. Made a new toon and couldnt add the spells to blocked list. Gays.
