What is the correct DL I need to start here to use the various plugin's that are available?

I'm so not familiar w/ this setup, etc, any help would be very much appreciated! =)

which do I select? it says choose 1, I don't know which one I should use :/ full installer is my guess, but should I use the pre-compiled, and I've not a clue what source download is
