Able to change creation server

Was wondering if there were any ways to change the server registered as a character originally being from or if that was done entirely inside soes servers?

Kinda hard to understand your question there, do you mean as in like the title you get for your specific server? IE you create a toon on XXX server, then transfer to YYY server, and want something like your title to be of the ZZZ server? If thats somewhere near what you mean, then I would think that it would be server side, maybe even be able to do it client side, but nothing permanent.
