skill timers

tried searching a bit, but I probably just didn't pinpoint the right phrases.

Is there something to bypass skill refresh timers.
Thinking something along the lines of harm touch, lay on hands, gather mana, etc...
So you can spam it or reuse whenever needed.

and do you wanna guess what the answer was before that?

If it's asked so often, put it in the FAQ
I tried to use search. There was nothing to even indicate it "might" have been asked before.


Any real answer available as to why?
With so much that I assumed was serverside only, able to be bypassed, why hasn't anyone made one for skill timers.
