Im doing the SK 1.5 prequest for my alt. Im trying to turn in the ancient flameberg halbret of hatred, essense of hate and stormborn phlylactery to Ritald in dulak harbor. He wont take the items. Anyone run into this before? please help.

I never did the pre-quest...

But run back through and make sure all hails have been done and dialogues etc.

1 missed hail or phrase will halt the progression since your missing a hidden flag, be my first step.

You are missing saying one phrase to some guy. I had the same problem, I did it about a month ago. I didn't think the dialogue was mandatory, apparently it was.
