All EverQuest Live Servers will be down on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 7:00 am US Pacific* for a Game Update. The servers are estimated to be unavailable for approximately 6 hours. Keep an eye on the EverQuest website and the forums for status updates and for news if additional downtime is needed.

Wow, they do 7 hour updates in the morning now? Guess they really don't give a hoot anymore...

yeah seems the once a week patch's are on the regular. Are they just trying to make people not want to play?

From what I've heard, this was to fix the guilds and guild halls that got deleted when the server crashed last week. That said, they pushed a new eqgame.exe, so we'll be down.
