how come when i download mq2 for sof emu...it saves as a php...i dont know how to use a php

You're saving the link itself. Pending on your browser, you need to either left click the link and let it do it's work, or right click and save target as. Those should fix it. If not, then the link might be broken however that's highly improbable.
