Pet proc item / aug?

I've been searching Allas and Raidloot and can't come up with anything. Is anyone aware of an item, weapon or augment that would proc swarm pets at any level?

The only thing I came across was Mace of the Ancients :: Items :: EverQuest :: ZAM - and this isn't what I'm looking for, because the character I saw procing the swarm pets, was a level 16 berserker.

i think fabled class weapons proc pets but at level 16...I don't know

Alla's has that at required 65 - is that one of those that still procs if it is under required level?

Not a weapon but there was a clicky out there from one of those holiday events that proc'd spider swarm pets I think. Not sure what level was required though.

Veeshan's swarm from Cloth cap.
Dragon swarm pets

Arachnophia nimbus sends spiders everywhere.

Madness of Stomple sends bunny rabbits out.

Neither of the last two actually attack though.

There is LoN items too.
Dancing Dagger of Thunder
Dancing Blade of Fire
Dancing Shard of Ice etc

There is quite a few items that send out pets that will cast at low levels.

Most of them do little to no damage though.

Might help if you mention what the pets looked like.

Invis pets, with just XXXX's pet as a name. They were hitting really low 1-5 - so I'm guessing it is that Veeshan's Swarm clicky - thanks a ton.

Veeshan's swam is little tiny dragons.

None of the clickies or procs I know for that level are invis pets anyway.
The clickies are mostly for show not dps so they are all visible.

Invis pets makes me think it is possibly a disc.
Monk's cloud of fists is invis pets for example.
I don't know the zerker discs very well though to tell you if any have an effect like that.
