PC Games

Hey guys, was wondering if some of you could spit out some PC games that are fun..preferably released 2004+ i.e Assassins Creed, Assassins Creed 2, Sniper: Ghost Warrior, Mafia II..stuff like that that is also obtainable via torrent...

which brings me to my next question..I've been using thepiratebay for my games, anyone know of a better torrent site with more/better games on it or some invites to some private torrent sites? I keep my ratio up (now that I've figured out how to do so, sorry bout a couple years ago Kodi, lol...)

Well I have 2 private trackers that I use. I use Demonoid to leach from with the occassional custom dvd release to boost my ratio. At Demon, they don't really care much about ratio anymore. As to where I get my movies and other good stuff, I use torrentday. I always seed back more than I DL. If you want a invite code to either one, lemme know. Not sure if torrentday is still having sign ups or not though. feel free to check it out. You can google them.

Np. As to revtt, already a member and my ratio is still good. Sadly though, I always read not connectable so I've not been using it much. Downloaded 1 video and then it took me 3 days to seed back what I had downloaded. Right now, I'm running a 12mb down and 3mb up dsl connection, no router involved, direct connection, and I'm still not connectable. So I have officially given up on revtt for now. Going to park my account for a while and try my luck later on.

Read the guide they have in the help section about setting up your stuff. Utorrent walk through is really good. I was not reading connect able at first when I started till I did what it said in the guide then it worked great.

Personally i'm a fan of iptorrents. it is painfully easy to get ratio there and it tends to have more stuff than revtt/torrentleech.

also, i'm currently cracked out on Dragon Age Origins. Borderlands just released a new DLC and a new patch coming out soon to scale mobs. Next game I'll probably play is Darksiders.

Great choices my friend. I haven't played the Claptrap DLC yet, but looking to get it soon. DAO is a must, and Darksiders... well... it's one of the few games I've hit the platinum trophy on.

Personally, I don't like Torrents. Probably minor reasons compared to any real reasons someone may have but, I don't like to be tracked via the torrent itself... and I don't want my ISP messing with me because I do download torrents.

I don't recognize any of the sites already listed or what they do, but also check out warez-bb.org. Its a bulletin board just like this one with direct download links to hosting sites like RapidShare, HotFile, MegaShares, MegaUpload, etc.

I pay like 5-10 dollars to have access to unlimited downloads to whatever site I am subscribed too, but I know I'm not being tracked by anything other than the actual hosting site.

You are more likely to get hit by your ISP with those sites then private quality torrent sites. As for the tracker tracking you, its not tracking you, you are contributing to sharing the file that you did not pay for. They care less where you are they just want you to re upload what you download to SHARE what you take. go figure.

For the most part I would never download anything from the sites you listed above, way to many viruses floating around and scrupulous people uploading same size files with viruses on sites like that to be worth the risk.

RevTT is the win. I also read unconnectable (double NATted, and my ISP gives me shit about port forwarding) so I donate for upload credit. I don't download a whole lot tho, maybe 50ish gigs per month.

Well I fixed my non-connectable issue and currently am seeding 1 torrent but sadly, noone is connecting to me in order to get it. Little over 1k seeders and about 150 leechers. I get a couple spikes of 0.3kbs up here and there. Nothing to write home about lol

You fixed the connectable issue at least. That is a start now as you grab stuff you can re seed it. Its hard to get any seed ratio when you have 10:1 seeder/leech ratio

True. I'll figure something out. Chances are though, I may just let the account be deleted as I get all that I need from demonoid and torrentday (ratio there is 2.4 and some change).

You in essence fuck your buddy who gave you an invite to RevTT doing that. Invites are extremely hard to come by for that site. The speed and quality is way better then most others.

Eh. His account was banned for low ratio. Like bad low. Mine is sitting at like .840 so it's not too bad. Just sucks that I can't find anything that have low seeders and high leechers.

Try partial seeding, it seems to be the best...I have saw many people get some really good ratio by using it. Porns seem to work the best. Grab 2-3 .rars from the newest porn movie that was uploaded, and seed those.

Yea that is how I initially started out. I would grab 3-5 RARs out of the torrent and just re seed those. New games being released, good movies, popular tv shows if you get them right away.

That's not a bad idea. Hadn't thought of just partials. I think I'll jump right on that. Don't think 3-5 rars from a couple different files will hurt my ratio too much. Especially when it'll be seeded right back providing people connect to me lol

another thing you can do is cross seed. When i'm trying to get ratio on sites in the beginning, I'll download something from iptorrents (Ratio: 17.335 Uploaded:19.277 TB Downloaded:1.112 TB) and seed it to the new site. Works great for scene releases.
