Options for purchasing RoF?

Is the only way to purchase RoF through Sony? I am trying to find a way to purchase a copy but not use a credit card (happy to use paypal).

It is available on steam. Cant remembef offhand if steam accepts Paypal or not though.

Steam does accept Paypal, it is handy to do that to use a key for the expansion/free 30 days and not apply a credit card to the EQ account to keep it 'owner free'

Just tried it out, nope my account did not get gold.. and was actually more expensive than sc market place.. as its 35 euro or 39.99$ direct drom SoE..

I wait until Amazon sells it for 20.00 then buy the 4 i need. My main always gets it. The others can wait.
