NPCs not seeing my toons

I just got back to the game after an 8 month break.
Having an issue where NPCs are not seeing my toons if MQ2 is loaded. They ignore nails and dialogue.
I have some active hacks loaded. Could it be one of those like speedutils. Also this is on Test and it was patched Friday.

It sounds like a hack you have loaded is not reporting your position properly.

Watch yourself on a second character and start unloading plugins to find the culprit.
