MQ2Rez weird issues

Recently since we flipped our MQ2Rez version to the public/alternate version, I've noticed that it doesn't matter if I turn /rez accept off, it still instantly accepts rez.

Was there any plan to go back to our old version that had the delay timers too? Made it a bit more natural.

I'd be happy to look into this issue if the source is available. I had actually just talked to Fry about picking up some work on Plugins here
