ok im looking to buy a new LCD Monitor like to have a 22 or 24 in widescreen.
im looking to spend around 300 bux

You can get a nice 22" for 200 easy, and a 24" for 200'ish with some work. Watch the deals on places like NewEgg, or just go get one if you dont' wanna wait.

Office Depot has an Acer 22" up to 1680 x 1050 reso on sale this coming monday for 149.99. I actually own the exact monitor (use it as a second monitor on my desktop) and it is not a bad monitor. The picture quality is just as good as my 500 dollar 24", the only difference is my 24" has HDMI / Component / Svideo inputs where as the Acer 22" is only DVI / VGA.

Still if all you plan to use it for is a computer monitor (I use my 24" as a tv as well) then it is a great monitor for the price. But if your wanting an HD Monitor then you'll need to look for something more pricey.
