Turbol, please read the Banned/Suspended threads. That is proof in the pudding that people were banned or suspended for using third party software. As far as warping, yes, SOE has a way to catch people doing this. If there wasn't a huge risk, Fry, the moderators, and the developers would not be spending the time to get around the detection methods. There are several threads on this as well.
