Instances?

I'm having a serious bout of brain freeze here. Could someone cite examples of instances that can be used for XPing? The only ones I can think of (besides LDoN's timed versions and Forgotten Halls) is Dranik's Hollows and Ruined City of Dranik. I'm almost positive there have been some more recent. I'm not really talking about the timed or mission based ones, I mean the ones with respawn that you can sit in for an inordinate amount of time and XP in (like DH and RCoD and Forgotten Halls).

Am I just mistaken or missing a few examples?

No, brain farts are temporary. This one's been going on for almost a week.

I don't think they make a Pepto or Beano to counter that kinda gas.
