Will use Storm of Blades/Focused Storm of Blades disc if endurance above this %.

Monk -
phantom=[0-100]
Uses the Phantom Assassin/Phantom Assailant/Phantom Aggressor/Phantom Partisan disc if endurance is over this %.
New one is -

Phantom Pummeling - 50183
RK. II - 50184
RK. III - 50185


Warrior -
topple=[0-100]
Uses the Shield Topple disc if endurance is over this %. If opportunisticstrike=on, that will fire first if target health <= 20%.
New one is -

Shield Break - 50021
RK. II - 50022
RK. III - 50023
