Just had an order done for an old mage that I boosted heroic and William12 PL'd.
The leveling was spot on and communication throughout the process was on point.
The gearing portion after the HAs was plagued by rngesus and other delays.
William12 did offer compensation and we squared away.
Already have another character in queue for PLing!
