Corpse timers

What are the corpse timers before they poof? I died in CoD a few hours ago while asleep (was standing there), came back and I couldn't find my corpse anywhere. The corpse summoners in GL didn't return anything either. Is there a timer on corpses before they permanently poof? Just seems awkward as it wasn't more then a few hours at best.

They poof after they can't be rezzed any longer, since there is no gear on them any longer. Forget the exact time, 3hrs or something?

it used to be 3 hours of being logged in, or 7 days. I haven't bothered conning a corpse since they made the change to keeping your gear upon death.
