Audio triggers for receiving a tell or a say while afk-ing?

Is there a reliable format already out there and in use for folks who may be near comps while in auto mode of a pc or GM presence, etc?

There are things I added to MQ2PCCheck and MQ2GMCheck, that give you audio alerts (plays files for you). Our wiki pages give details for each (see wiki link at top of forums, then plugin listing).

The only other one I use is for tells, for MQ2CustomSound, and that's an entry like:
tell=C:\\MQ2\\sounds\\Alert2.wav
