... as to what would cause this? Its only EQ, and does it on any and all instances. The dotted lines only show on the screenshots, not sure what they are, but i dont normally see those.

Its the location that EQDraw is putting the people at. If you notice each one is at its ear.

Its not the card, JJ pointed out it was EQDraw.

I never used it myself but I see it in the screen shot. I just remember reading it made dots like that.

If you havent used eqdraw, you should check it out. it shows color cons of pc or npc or direction of your target with big arrows, depending on the options you use. it also displays items/switches. the colors in his pictures are /con colors.
