Any ideas on how to recover this account

Hi all

A friend of mine has lost access to an account and I am wondering if you guys have any ideas.

The account belonged to an ex guild member who quit 4 years ago. He has no idea of the CD keys or the answer to the secret question. The account was a guide account and therefore has no billing.

The account seems to have been deleted

The account had 24 million pp on it

First step would be to call SoE and ask what happened.

If the account has been deleted, only SoE will be able to do anything.

Oh and guide account was ie: guild_lanys24 or somthing like that?

If so a character should never have been made on it in the first place, if it was just a normal account that was exempt then it should have billing.
