AA Cap save over 50?

Is there a new AA cap over 50? I noticed one of my toons had 58 AAs saved somehow but I didnt read anything about a new AA cap. Just wondering.

Goes up to 70 at lvl 96+

AA banked cap goes to 50 at level 91, and 70 at level 96.
