any tips on positioning this beast, where you guys have had the best luck, pretty sure thats the strong point on this raid from what I have seen so far getting a bit frustrated with it.

HA the dragon to this location, can drop straight into your maps. We usually drop a campfire there to give something visual.

Have the tank face South West and the dragon on that spot and you should have no problem with KB.

our raid is too dumb and can't keep the tank alive and if one dies the raid get's Gflux into the lava

Does take a lot of extra healing on the MT. However all the healers assigned to the tanks at the NW egg platform should be able to heal the MT as well. Plus any paladins there.

also another note here....any way of controlling what seems to be a leashing issue for us?

Control your push, if he is too far from the crystal he leashes.

Yep there is a small sweet spot just out from where he spawns that he wont leash and can be turned to toss people in a direction with lots of land. Just have to have mellee stay on the side away from the crystal in the middle if they go in so they dont get dotted.
