SoF Tiers & mobs

Does anyone have link or list they can share of the SoF Raid mobs/instances & Tier they represent. I'm working on compiling a list of raid/mob targets for each tier for our raid force.

Like Scorn (tier 1?) & the different Bloodmoon Instances, etc., This seem to be a very large expansion and I'd like to at least nail who's who, and what's what.

Click the SoF link and it has tons of good info on quests, zones, mobs, etc. It also includes a good section on raids too.
