Anyone have any easier way to raise your faction for Scholars of Solusek using macroquest?

I did a search before posting my own question. Its pretty much the same I am ally with the zhub guy but still need to work on the faction jen is on. So far I am amiable but need to get ally. The task really blow. Would it be easy to get gimped into raids and get faction from killing named? BTW that avatar looks alot like a custom sig of someone that is in a guild I know.
