I read on alla that you need to be 69 to enter RSS is that true becuase I just turned in my signet case for CoA. Oh I am 65 atm too. If I told guilds I am apping for that I have done the signets will that give me away as a mq2 user?

Yes you have to be 69 unless it was recently changed.

Yes, for anyone else that plays EQ you need to be level 69.

For MQ2 users you need to be level 1

If you want my honest opinion, don't say you have completed this, but that you have been working on it. When you ding 69, then the next day you can tell your new guild that you have completed this. As long as you just put in the app all that you could have completed with the gathering of the signets as a level 65. Most guilds will treat you as fairly as a level 69 apping who has completed the steps you "technically" already have.
