There's an NPC in Thurgadin that is giving away Festive Dolls. It's a pretty nice item for alts to have.
Any lvl can get this since it's a quick run from pok. Zone into Thurgadin, run through the gates and take a right at the first intersection. The NPC is standing outside a shop on the right of the path. Right click on him and purchase Festive doll for free. There's a few other items that have saves but they are no drop.
Watch the price of Festive doll drop tremendously.
