Rebus Puzzle

Alright folks, got a Rebus puzzle that 2000 people can't seem to solve, so gonna see if any of you have a solution to it. Driving me up a wall:

1. Feet
2. Hands
3. Face

Wtf could this be?

Bottoms up was suggested, but wrong.
Thought head over heels, but was shot down.
Face up to defeat still pending a yes or no.

What do you guys think?
